Barcroft is a densely urban neighborhood in Arlington, VA. The housing stock of Barcroft is largely comprised of small (studio to two bedrooms) to medium-sized (three or four bedrooms) apartment complexes/high-rise apartments and small apartment buildings. Most of the real estate in the area is older, built between 1940 and 1969, and is renter occupied.
