The portal provides an easy means to submit questions and access documents, including tenant work orders, income and expense statements, and documents required for taxes, including 1099 forms.   • Sixty-Day Opt-Out Clause:  Gordon James Realty wants you to be satisfied with our service, and we’re confident that we’ll meet or exceed your expectations. But, if for any reason the relationship doesn’t work out, we offer a 60-day opt-out clause to all of our contracts, which has resulted in a 99 percent retention rate – unique for the industry.
