Job Position: Maintenance Technician

DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Handling maintenance concerns in occupied & vacant properties.
2. Commencing the turnover process by evaluating and making units move-in ready by patching, painting, & repairing walls, fixtures, flooring, etc.
   1. 1. Collaborating with teammates to uphold a preventative maintenance schedule & prioritize emergency service requests.
      2. Communicating effectively with coworkers, vendors, and tenants.

EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES

1. Painting
2. Drywall
3. Carpentry
4. Patching
5. A combination of the above and the willingness to learn would be considered as well.
6. Bonus Points For: Experience in Electric repairs and/or Plumbing is a Big PLUS!

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have an active and valid driver’s license.
2. Must be able to work legally in the United States.
3. Must have Basic English Language competency.
