Capitol Hill

Capitol Hill is one of DC’s most iconic neighborhoods. Offering views of the capitol dome at every intersection, Capitol Hill is sought after for its sophisticated, yet eclectic feel. The neighborhood is home to several of the city’s adored destinations, including Eastern Market and the Library of Congress. The neighborhood character is among the most diverse in DC: home to hill staffers, retirees, families, and young professionals. The majority of this neighborhood’s residences are its famous townhouses, although there have been condos and apartments added more recently to the area. Its location along with its unique character is what residents love most about this neighborhood.
